Aiko Street Food was named after my brother and my Japanese grandmother whose birth name was Aiko, which means beloved child. For the logo, we wanted something feminine in her honor, but also bold and bright to give that hip and trendy feel, hence the chosen colors and Japanese cherry blossom. The target audience for the food truck are foodies who aren’t afraid to try new types of modern foods. The food truck will have an alternating menu and will not be limited to Asian dishes,
